If it a one off order or a gift box we will send immediately.
If it is a Sock Subscription, we send the first pair as soon as you order (unless you ask us otherwise).
Orders placed by 2pm on any business day, will be dispatched the same day, but shipping times will vary accordingly your selected shipping method.
You can choose the shipping option at checkout, this is for the first package of a subscription.
After that, we send out all our monthly socks at the beginning of every month. So you never have to wait longer than 30 days for a new pair to arrive.
We offer a one-year Sock Sure Quality Guarantee and gladly accept returns up to 30 days after your order has been placed.
Please note: return postage is the customer’s responsibility, as we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds are issued only after the socks have been returned to us in their original packaging and condition.
